You can enroll for the one day public workshop which will be conducted in a business center / hotel with a max level of participants as 20. This is the first level learning module on strengths based development.
The StrengthsFinder® Assessment & Module 1 - Individual discovery & development; will be done as follow on learning modules based on interest level and demand.
This introductory public workshop will be followed by individual coaching (One on One) to consolidate the concepts learned and leverage the talent themes and develop them into strengths to achieve personal goals.

The coaching focus will be strengths-based, engagement-focused and performance-oriented.
We assess what the individual / client expectations for improvement in capability building of team members / Managers —particularly the prioritised improvement focus of the client senior management. We then find out which tools (simple ones to begin with) can meet those expectations.
The capability building is done as follows:
- Over an extended duration of 6 months; periodic support & individualized guidance interactions.
