Soumyadeep Maiti ( Context! Ideation! Deliberative! Relator! Learner )
Training was really great and helped me understand my unrealized strength of being able to connect to people and really helped me understand why I do certain things exceptionally well even without knowing the basics to begin with. I will certainly recommend people to go through the training rather than interpreting it themselves as lot of characteristics have different meaning even to begin with.
Namrata Singh ( Activator ! Communication ! Relator ! Strategic ! Maximiser ! )
Consultant (PI – PPM) | Advisory Services: Ernst & Young LLP
“Strengths Finder was one of the most useful trainings I have undergone. It revealed strengths that I did not know I have and how to capitalise on them. The training also gives different perspectives from that of the traditional…capitalise on your strengths rather than improve on your weaknesses. The trainer imparted the training very innovatively with good use of videos and presentations. I would highly recommend the training to anyone and everyone, if only to be reminded of their strengths.”

What did I learn today by attending workshop?
I was very much sceptic about the workshop before the start, but after the sessions, workshop is given me a clarity of thoughts about the values, strengths and other “Mind Matters”. I am eagerly waiting for remaining days to learn more and refine myself betterment.
Key take away (LEARNING) from today’s session (for me): –
- Team building exercise where I learnt so much about other team members – wondered why I did not reach out earlier. I had a nice discussion about planning for ICT project case study – very enriching.
- Today I learnt a lot of things about leadership and through those concepts I have already started analysing about the leadership styles of our leaders. Many things are familiar but I am learning it in a systematic way. The coaches are imparting knowledge in a systematic and structured way.
- I had difficulty in utilising time in life for different acts. From now onwards I will use Eisenhower Matrix to prioritise time. Thanks for teaching this tool. Thanks
- Once again, I gained a lot by the activities w.r.t. “Action” based activities presentation.
- All in all, it was final day and we did a lot of learning in Emotional Intelligence as well as in goal setting sessions.
- Specifically, goal setting exercise has helped me to chalk – out my PhD research plan. (I am in Mid-Way of my PhD). Now, I am clear about my goal with regards to my PhD.
- Project Management Session also helped me to plan for my projects, (both hobby projects as well as professional project for students.
- THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR TEACHING VALUABLE THINGS TO REALISE OUR STRENGTHS AND SKILLS.
Ashritha R Murthy, Assistant Professor, SJCE
(Empathy, Includer, Communication, Connectedness, Woo )
- In today’s session, I got the courage to stand in front of all and spoke more confidently.
- The sum up/elevator pitch was worth it and very useful.
- One of my STRENGTHS is CONNECTEDNESS. This session gave the actual meaning of CONNECTEDNESS ie. to share knowledge/ ideas with all.
- We got to know strengths and ideas of each different members in a team. One thing I learnt is, I like to quote it. “The people have got the STRENGTHS of their own, But the values of life have to be increased or in other words by knowing the STRENGTHS of others we can create the next set of values. Ie STRENGTHS OF OTHERS – I CAN TAKE THESE AS VALUES THAT I LIKE TO ACHIEVE AS MY STRENGTHS IN FUTURE”.
- Today I learnt how to increase the Strengths by knowing the Strengths of others.
- Eisenhower Decision Matrix helps me to analyse which is the important work must be done first and the least performance.
- TRUST, COMPASSION, STABILITY AND HOPE. These are the powerful qualities which is linked to all the Strengths that makes me to learn about how I can improve in all the sectors.
- Today we all learnt about goal setting.
- Learnt about Emotional Intelligence and how it is helpful to compare with the Strengths and how the values will be used in area of emotional intelligence.

I was going through a lot of tension and turmoil in life personally as well as a student when Sir Satyendra Kumar sent me a mail regarding this test. After going through the test and knowing my strength I am little sure about my future now. May be I am not sure about what exactly I am going to be in my future but I know at least for now that my future is going to be good! And out of all the things that Sir has told me while coaching, from my perspective the best thing or the most important thing he has told is “Focus on your strengths and not your weaknesses. We are going to build up your future on STRENGTH better ignore your weaknesses”. Thank you SIR for all the help!
